Our Beliefs

Jesus

Jesus, the Son of God, is our one and only Lord and Savior, that he was crucified as a sacrifice for our sins and rose from the dead after three days. (Acts 2:22-24)

God

There is one God, who is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. As the Creator of all things, he is all-knowing, perfect, and holy. We are made for his glory. He is loving, compassionate, and faithful to His people and His promises. (Isaiah 43:1-7, John 1:1-18)

The Holy Spirit is the Advocate promised by Jesus, who convicts people of their sin and transforms them to become more like Christ. We cannot live the life God intends for us without the Holy Spirit’s strength and guidance. (John 16:8-13, John 14:6, 1 Corinthians 2:10b)

The Bible

The Bible is the Word of God, written by God, through man. It is reliable, relatable, and perfect (2 Timothy 3:16, Hebrews 4:12-13)

Salvation

A person is saved by the grace of God alone (Romans 3:23-24). This happens thorough faith, repentance, and baptism (Acts 2:38)

Church

The Church is the people of God, not a building or a place. Where God’s people are, the Church is present. Christ is the Head of the Church and we are His body. (Colossians 1:18, 1 Corinthians 12:12-20)
